Giving feels good. So does yoga. So we thought, why not combine the two and do good with our yoga? That's two-for-one feel good vibes, so you can not only feel great about coming to your practice for yourself, but for what your practice gives back to the awesome, big-hearted charities in our community that do great things for nature, animals and the planet. High fives all round.

Every week we hold a class by donation and all proceeds go to our chosen charity. We want to spread the Bodhi Body love around, so we select a new charity every quarter.

Our Donation class is held on Wednesdays at 6.30pm. We have guest teachers and surprise classes so it’s a little bit exciting too. Please bring cash for your donation!

Current Charity

Wilvos Wildlife Rescue (February - April 2019)

The caring people at WILVOS rescue, rehabilitate and release our beautiful native animal population. Based on the Sunshine Coast, they have been active in the community for 25 years - impressive huh? This includes managing a hotline that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that you can call to for assistance with injured or orphaned animals. This amazing team of volunteers really demonstrate compassion and love for all beings which is such an integral part of our yoga practice. So we are super proud to be supporting them!

You can learn more about Wilvos on their website -or on their Facebook Page

Join us in the studio 5pm Tuesdays and feel good while you support this amazing local charity!

Previous partnerships

Surfrider Foundation (November 2018 - January 2019)

We are thrilled to announce that our first charity partner is the Surfrider Foundation on the Sunshine Coast.

If you haven’t heard of the amazing work this group of volunteers do cleaning up our beaches and looking after our coast, the Surfrider Foundation are a not for profit team working all over Australia (and the globe!) to protect our waves, beaches and coastline through conservation, activism, research and education. The Sunshine Coast branch look after our beautiful coastline from Caloundra to Noosa and up to Double Island Point including hosting big beach cleanups and protecting the natural environment along the way.

You can learn more about this amazing organisation on their Facebook Page.

So for the next few months, all proceeds from our Donation class will go to this awesome team so they can continue looking after this paradise we get to call home. Oh, and look out for a special Yoga for Surfers class coming up soon!
